This is an excerpt from a novel that I am working on. I plan to publish it this summer. The story follows a police officer and his quest to understand why superheroes, commonly referred to as "Capes", are starting to show signs of irrational and erratic behavior.

I wrote this article with the intent on teaching my audience one way in which they can receive revelation.
